Honestly you will be fine hun I’m currently in fitzroy now had 300 hp partials my admission was 9 and I went down about 2ish back in my room at 3. Make sure you have sweets for after like chewits really helped and bring magazines and maybe even a laptop it’s a long wait and it’s good to do things to occupy you. I was so scared when they got me to take me down felt sick but when they put me to sleep I didn’t even realise I said why do I feel so tired next thing I no I woke up just feels like when your really tired fall asleep and wake up a few hours later there was no pain when I came round just felt abit drugged up and the pain now is fine just hard to sit up. Just stood up for the first time and went to the toilet still no pain I just feel abit dizzy from anesthetic and a slight headache I feel abit sicky but haven’t been sick my blood pressures a little high and there waiting for it to go down hopefully will be going home soon It really isn’t as bad as what you think I can use my hands I’ve been on my phone since I woke up also get a v pillow one thing I regret not getting as it’s quite straining on your neck the way you have to lie down good luck for next week xx
Aww bless you camilla, I hope your recovery all goes well! Sounds like it was alright for you, fingers crossed I won’t be in alot of pain! I bet the waiting is awful, hopefully it won’t be too long, will definitely go buy some magazines (sweets for after haha
