Hi girls i saw dr frati today and im quite happy with our consultation. I wanted to ask you girls what you think about these two sizes… i went in thinking i wanted 325cc moderate plus and at first glance he said 275 teardrop but then said 300 and he didnt have the 300 so i tried 275 and 325. 275 was small it look like the padded bras i wear right now and i was happy about 325 and he said if im happy he can put down 325 unders. But im wondering if im making mistake and should go with 300cc. I am a 32A 50kg 5’4 wanting to be a big C small D. He said i was small and i can achieve natural look and i would be able to have both teardrop and moderate plus as i asked so im bit confused too about this part. Any help please!!! I hear about rippling a lot but he didnt seem concerned about that with me he said i was perfect for what we agreed on in the end. Any advice pls

0pHi kim I wanted teardrop but the clinic at leeds where I went said they don’t do them any more as they carry a risk of rotating? im wondering if its just leeds clinic ill be having op in docaster get my date today im seeing dr kazazzi.
My mom and neice both have tear drop and theres are fine both done at bupa.Sarah

@Sarah Hiya i thought the same too before i heard there was risk of rotation…but i guess they still offer it times to times in Fitzroy. When he saw me he said on you we should go natural so im guessing thats why he offered them…I didnt even asked for them lol I had in mind moderate plus and he said yes i could do both he didnt even mention high profiles to me which i was happy really didnt want too much projection. I guess if you have them and take care they wont rotate…but i am gonna stick to mod + i think they give natural results too from what ive seen 🙂
@Camilla yes i saw yours and the size look perfect but im confused cause yours are hps and im wondering because if i get mod + do i need to go that extra 25cc cause they project differently…if i end up your size perfect! also im very flat 32A you look bigger than me from start lol
Yes i think im just being paranoid lol :/ cause im thinking if he thought it was a bad idea 325cc he would have surely said no. I think whats bothering me is that i didnt even see the 300cc i would like to try them on i have my pre op next monday im not sure if ill be allowed to try both on and have better look. I was a bit intimidated by him and that chaperone in the room and had very quick look loool :/
Ohh you reassure me now 🙂 thanks hun! Ill see if i can try again at least the 325 and have proper look to stop my paranoia lol

Hi Kim, I am in the same position, slightly worried about rotation. I am booked in for Teardrop unders 420cc next week and have been worrying over whether or not they will rotate. After reading this I am going to call and ask if I can change to Mod+ or order both and decide on the day. Can i add you hun??
Hi dan! Yes i mean i heard people having it with no issues but after researching i wanted the most cleavage and side boob and i knew mod plus could give this if he allowed me to. All depends on how wide your chest is i believe! And on the spot i agreed for mod plus i barely knew about teardrop and afterwards when i heard of rotation im happy i stick with mod plus cos the inner boy in me that jumps everywhere even i sleep crazy id be scared they rotate lol let me know how you get on? If he agrees with you? 🙂
Hi danielle! I was there monday too maybe we bumped in each other lol yes we have same issue here! If you are unsure like me you should go and ask to try again. Which i am going to do on my pre op and ask to have good look cause like you said it was hectic on monday was bit rushed. I think i will stick with 325cc but id just like to try both on as i tried one side 275 and one 325 loool and never saw the 300 :/ theres not a big difference between them from what ive been told!
Hi Kim, so spoke to my PC today who explained what patients are very rarely offered teardrop implants unless they are suitable 100%. In my case my measurements would be better suited to teardrops as i have little/no breast tissue in the upper part of my chest. This would mean that a round implant would look very stuck on and quite fake, with no natural slope. Phew!!! glad i spoke to her as apparently the wrong implants had been ordered anyway!! So that has now been rectified

0pI emailed my PC today and I’m going to go for the 325cc! I would be devestated if my boobs were too small after, but it wouldn’t bother me at all if they were a bit bigger than what I wanted. I feel a lot happier now I’m going for the bigger size and I’m just counting down the days til my op! Soo excited!!x
