    Hi girls got my consultation sat and been seeing that a few girls have had high profiles. What are they and what look do they achieve ? X

    more projection and higher up on the frame (thus can look less natural). But, they provide less cleavage than the wider more natural looking moderate profile as high profile are more narrow implants.
