    Hey! So I am now 9 days post op.
    When did you all stop sleeping upright? I can’t wait to get a good nights sleep and lay on my back!

    I’m 11 days post op and wanted to know this too. I guess it’s when you feel comfortable to. I still have a lot of discomfort when I wake up (a lot worse if I move down my pillows in the night) x

    I’m 6 days po and was sleeping flag from about day 3! Just couldn’t sleep otherwise! Think it just totally depends on how you feel, like you said 🙂

    I’m 4 days post op and I sleep on back and one side, probably depends how you feel x

    I am 5 days post op and still sleeping upright, but sleep surprisingly well like that so not in any rush to lay down xx
