    I’m currently 4 days post-op and wearing a 36D M&S zip sports bra, but really considering getting the Primark sports bra as it looked so comfortable and supportive and the M&S one is feeling quite heavy and tight on top of my incisions. The only problem is that the Primark one doesn’t have a zip, so how long after the op would it be ok to wear one to put over your head and how does the Primark bra compare to the M&S in support and comfort? Thanks xx

    I have both them sports bras was wondering the same but havnt had my ba yet it’s next week x

    I’ve got both, the m&s sports bra and primary one, personally I’m not a big fun of a primark one… I wear it during the night with my breast band, but during the day I need more support so m&s. I know that it’s a bit tight, but I tried today wearing primark bra during the day and I feel horrible, even though I’m 11days post op. The primark bra is so easy to stretch that I was putting it through my legs lol 🙂 hope this will help xx

    I have both…I step into the primark 1 top tip try wearing 2 of the primark 1’s together makes boobs look amazing & feel extra supported!!! Xx

    As said above, not as much support in the Primark ones but lots more comfy on ur incisions! I alternate between lots of different bras depending on how I feel xx

    Thanks for the replies girls. Sounds like it’ll be worth getting the Primark one too so can change between them whatever feels more comfy. xx

    Hey hun.. the primark one is not very supportive at all but very comfy i started using them all the time after 6 weeks to sleep in etc.. i never used the m&s zip up i swore by my macoms xx
