    Hey ladies, so I had my consultation with mr Singh today and he told me that I should have it over the muscle otherwise I would have to go smaller if I wanted it under.
    What are your opinions as I thought under would be better but know I’m unsure. Also got told that I’m tubular I don’t think it will be a problem just a bit worried is anyone else the same? X

    Hi Emma my surgeon told me that they only go under the muscle if you have very little breast tissue, hope this helps xxx

    Hi dark thanks it does, I think I was so set on under as that’s all Iv heard but I think I might prefer over now. Just unsure on sizing iv been told I can have 400 but I’m unsure whether I would want to go slightly bigger as I would like a natural look x

    1 is not better than the other hun.. so weigh it up what is more important to u.. size or placement xx

    I had 400 unders with dr Singh, he’s adorable 🙂 he proposed overs for me (500) but I changed my mind about week before and still unsure on the morning of the surgery. I sometimes regret going smaller but I hated the rippling effect and didn’t want that as I plan to her slimmer. But going overs doesn’t mean it will look fake. They settle down and look fine.. Have a look at girls her for 400 overs. It will be big enough I’m sure..will end up DD or bigger..

    Thank you missy that is true, still can’t quite believe I’m going to go through with it.
    Yang he said 400 overs for me I didn’t ask why maybe I should of to see what he says. My friend said don’t go bigger than 400 as they will get bigger with time.

    Also what tests do they do before hand? Like with the nurses? I always think of questions after iv emailed my consultant tonight will wait for a reply before I ask anymore haha x

    I know its so surreal aint it hun.. well im over 3 months post op mine got smaller when swelling went down they have not grown at all.. i had overs though.. at ur pre op they run through ur details chosen size etc.. do swabs.. nose and armpit.. they also take b4 pics.. go through any questions u have.. and arrange ur 1st po appointment and thats it really xx

    Ok, thank you that’s a big help. Think I will just go with what the surgeon says as he’s the professional after all haha. How are yours now? You still happy with them. Iv now got my deposit down so it’s all going to happen soon. Still looking at dates to when I can have as I’m just in a new job xx
