Medication before surgery? Started by: Olivia

Hiya
Wondering if anyone can give some advice, I know I need to confirm with a nurse but struggled getting through and don’t have my pre op til next week. I’ve just been prescribed beta blockers for mild work related anxiety but haven’t started taking them as I’m booked in for BA on the 29th of this month. I’m not sure if your allowed to take medication like this before surgery? Has anyone been in the same situation?
