    Hi Claire! I’d like the know the same thing! my surgeon suffered high profile but I’m worried they will look really fake and I want them to look natural. I don’t think you really have much of a choice though as it’s all to do with the measurement of your rib cage I think, well that’s what my surgeon said anyway! have you had a consultation yet? x

    The difference is width , position and Projection of the implant but as zanny said , its down to your surgeon depending on measurements , breast tissue , starting size etc xx

    Yes this is my second op I had 420 TSX which are ultra high profiles and they are too narrow and I have a large gap and not much cleavage (was better before the op) I am having revision surgery in Feb and my surgeon has suggested either 615tsx again same implant but bigger and wider or 560tsf which is a high profile larger base but less projection.
    looking on here I seem to prefer the look of high profiles over uno but if I go with these I lose projection which I love I have had a few issues with my uhp

    My bdw is 14cm the 2 implants recommended are:
    560 tsf width 14cm projection 5.7cm
    615tsx width 14cm projection 6.4cm

    My current implants:
    420cc width 12cm projection 5.9cm

    What do I do???? :(:(:(

    I want to be as big as poss with round full boobs loads of side boon and clcleavage but not stuck on ball looking like uhp.

    I have uhp at the moment and I HATE them like 2 balls stuck on my chest and they move too much as they flip really easily my surgeon has agreed to do a ‘re op for free the longer I have these things in the more I hate them 🙁

    I had moderate plus and I love mine I’m only 10 days PO but think they look really natural, it totally depends on the look you want and the individuals sizing of tissue, ribs etc, what look are you going for? Might be easier to decide if you know what look you want x

    I’m sticking with natrelles soft touch but I am thinking about the tsf they feel amazing really natural I want them to be big and full with lots of cleavage and side boobage I feel like my tsx’s are all out front and don’t fill out on the sides which annoys me as it makes them look small zahava can I add you hun x
