Have you tried a hot water bottle behind your back hun? I’ve heard that helps a lot. I’ve seen girls say that they graduate lots o pillows with v pillow ontop and a pillow underneath your knees so your not sat completely upright bur still elevated. Hope this helps and you are healing well. Can’t wait to see your results 🙂 xxx

I’m the same I always sleep on my side so it’s hard to try and get comfortable when elevated and on your back. I’ve bought some kalms sleeping tablets to try and help me have a better nights sleep which seemed to work last night. I have about 3 pillows behind me, my v pillow and then another pillow on top of that for my head and a pillow each side for my arm. If all else fails I go and sleep on my recliner sofa it’s been a god send! X

Hey huni I’m belly sleeper to the post. Up above two years ago I used v-pillow with a long sausage shape pillow under my Knees this helps your take pressure off your back and stop u slipping down n the night you can sleep anyway like as long as your not n any pain with it but the long pillow is good to support you on your sides too il be digging my out soon as I’m on 3rd op 28th nov x
