    Hello I’m just wondering if you can request unders even if offered overs? I would liepke unders as my weigh drops occasionally to a size 4. I’m currently a 8/10 at the moment with about 32/34 b. So scared I’m only going to be offered overs x.

    I’m not expert but from what I know unders are for girls with not a lot of breast tissue. Putting the implant under when it shouldn’t be can cause a lot more complications. I know someone who had unders and they turned out too far apart ect and she got a second opinion and it was because the surgeon did them under when it should of be over. I wanted under because I thought it looked more natural but I had too much boob before. Xx

    Yeah I really wanted unders but it’s not worth the risk which is why the surgeon would say no to you. If you want them natural babe make sure you say and discuss everything you want be really clear and you’ll get the perfect pair, they know what they’re doing x
