    Hi am after the natural look is it best to go over or partial? planning on getting 425 or 475cc naturals from 34b?

    Need help dont want balls stook on my chest lol xxxxx

    under the muscle conceals the implant a little more so would generally give a more natural look 🙂

    thanks my surgen says TRX but not sure think they may look like rockets on my chest lol xx
