I need to book another consultation but it’s impossible to contact her. I’ve tried emailing and texting but it takes forever to get a reply.
She said he is only available 2 days before my op so I want to book a time before they all go! Anyone else had problems? x

I had problems. She never replied to txts or phone calls. ABSOLUTLY useless! I ended up meeting a pc from a different clinic and she was amazing and I ended up calling her when I needed things as mine was rubbish. Dont think ur alone hun xx

Ahh thanks, it’s really annoying me. You’d think if you’re paying all this money they would make more of an effort!

Going to try and speak to someone else as I need to get the consultation booked in x

Yeah id just ring the clinic ur at and say its impossible to get hold of ur pc and im sure they will sort it for you. ….thats what I ended up doing. Who is ur pc out of interest? Xx

Yes my PC is awful and messages my bf more than me as he’s paying all they seem to care about is the money . They messages me loads until I paid full amount now I’m waiting for a text that she’s taken 3 weeks to reply to ..
