    im really confused what to get as i hear ya cant lift ya arms over ya head so i dont know what to get 🙁 r these for more like a few weeks after or what xx

    I went for 34e. I’m a 32dd at the moment so as u say they have a lot of give cup size so hopefully will be ok. I now have a few. I have 2 macom 1 white 1 nude this in black. And 2 cheaper ones Lonsdale. ILet get the hubby to put this 1 on for me 😉 as it looks like hard work for 1st few days xx

    ok cool so i should get a macom just till i can do em meself maybe lol thanks im also gonna need some extra stong support ones as im going on a hen do in march and i will only be 7weeks po and am going to go ape so gonna need some good support lol xx

    i had my hen do 6 weeks post op and didnt wear at bra with some of my outfits, once yr past 6 weeks, you can get some normal bras, xx i bought some nice non wired bras for 4 weeks post op for the odd night out ( as sports bras dont go on nights out ) . they are fine for a night out. x still good support and no wires, x

    i tried the shock absorber run bra and hated it… it doesn’t support my babies at all :s they still jump like crazy and hurts when i jump or run 🙁 still trying to find an amazing sports bra that can hold my boobies properly… ah the joys oh having big boobs lol xD if you ladies know of any sporta bra that can a 32FF in place it would be great!!! 😀

    Hi Andreia i belive with the run bra, you need to get a size smaller than yr normal bra, the reviews are really good on it but everyone says get a size smaller, i currently have 380cc ( 32dd ) in but going to 550 so will prob end up a 32f but ordered a 34e run sports bra . xxx

    Well its not a going out hen do we r going to a log cabin and gonna do an activity called go ape which will include climbing and stuff and i will only be 7 weeks po so really nervous as i dont wanna do any damage to meself lol x

    AWW UL BE FINE SARAH,. they say 6 weeks, and you can go back to the gym so it should be the same , just wear a good sports bar lol. xxx get a smaller size that way it will minimize movemnet i think il be a 32f when had my re op on the 16th and ordered the run bar 34e. xxx
