@stepha if you want to try the size at home you should do the rice test. You basically weigh out the same amount in rice (so 350cc is 350grams), then put it in the end of a leg of tights and tie it up and pop in a larger cup sports bra.
If you’re going under the muscle they say you have to take off 15%.
Oh and make sure the rice is not cooked lol – use, dry uncooked rice 🙂
