I’m two weeks post op and have been without any pain for quite a few days now,
However today I have had a strange pain and discomfort in my left breast on the inner side and by the incisions.
Almost feels like a brushing or tightness, sharp pains occasionally but really uncomfortable ,

Is this normal, does anyone know?

I think its normal hun we get all kinds of strange pains.. for me it was a stabbing pain it would come out of nowhere xx

Yeah I had those right after the op and nurse said it was the nerve endings reconnecting,
But because I’ve had a gap where I have had no pains I was just slightly worried about this one 🙁

Totally understand hun.. i was the same i went around a month and a half with no pain then all of a sudden it started up.. u should b ok.. if it doesnt go away soon maybe give the nurse a call xx

Yeah I was thinking that!

My sister in law sis she had this similar pain and it was due to stitches not dissolving and Incisions ..
So that’s thrown me a bit.
I will see what happens tomorrow and if not I shall call just to check !

I had the same in week 5 po. No pain throughout then stabbing out of no where. Nurse told me it was normal and it was gone after 3 days. Xx
