Added a couple new pics…I had 500cc partials with Mr Traynor on 4th November. Had my six week check up and measured at Boux avenue as 32FF. Loving them so far my left is still a bit bigger than my right…think it was a little bigger pre op anyway but still feels and looks more swollen and harder so hoping it evens up. Feel free to add but send a message please first if you have no activity xxx

No probs Stacey I’ll accept now…my left was a lot more painful from the start and still seems a lot more swollen and hard. It’s more noticeable in person than on photos when I’m naked but in clothes and bras it looks fine…try not to stress too much I think it’s normal for them to heal at different rates as it’s two seperate operations xxx

6pGlad your happy with them chick you should be pleased with the results . Yeah I’m loving mine and happy just glad they wear sorted out right still a bit bigger been good to sleep without the v pillow this week can wait to till I can sleep on my belly lol xx
Yea I’m really pleased feel like they seem bigger today haha…one day I love them size wise the next I’m thinking I wish they were a bit bigger…us girls never happy eh ha but overall I love them a lot. Ahh yours look really good….you’ve had a lot to deal with over the years with complications so hopefully third time lucky for you chick 🙂 xxx

6pOh it’s. Funny thing on the old bobbie greed as maybe no matter wot size we get you kind of. Think little more and then. Wear do you draw the line at least you got very fully good full chunky size that u will able to buy lovely bra sets to show them off . Bloody hell I’ve meal out of it lol move out the way kaite price lol i hope it’s 3rd time lucky but I’m over them moon I didn’t think they would look this good compared to the old ones I’m still n shock goes to sure how different under and overs look I love the overs unders was so much trouble for me xx
I can’t wait to be able to buy pretty bras…I’m going to wait a little while until they’ve softened and dropped a bit more though. Ahh I wish I could of had overs as well but too little breast tissue and I’m skinny around that area…collar bone and shoulders…not my thighs and bum like I would like haha! Xxx

6pYours look like partlis huni as you got that lovely round shape which is half under the muscle at top and come over at bottom so you got. Best of both world / unders are not partlis but most girls get them mixed up unders are fully incased under the muscle and u don’t get a cleavage or that lovely round shape xx

6p(partial submuscular £implant coverage with implants placed under the muscle via either an areola (nipple) incision or an inframammary crease incision, thus disrupting the muscle support fascia at the lower pole of the implant to allow it to enter the space under the muscle. With this approach the implants are mostly behind the breast. This approach has the Advantages of mostly separating the implants from the muscle, facilitating unobstructed mammography, a more natural look with a soft transition from the flat of the upper chest wall to the round shape of the implant, much less visibility and feel of the implant edges, usually no rippling (except textured implants), and low risk of capsule contracture, as long as the implants have not been contaminated by ductal germs while being passed through the breast tissues. Disadvantages include a bit more discomfort early post-op, technique a bit more difficult than over the muscle, and the loss of the lower pole support fascia which leave the implants supported by the same weak skin tissues as implants over the muscle, leading to later downward bottoming-out of the implants in a few patients as is frequently seen in implants over the muscle.

6p(Complete implant muscle £coverage is shown at left with intact muscle fascia supporting the lower pole of the implant. This support fascia is the extension of the muscle envelope from the pectoralis muscles to the abdominal rectus muscles, and the finger shaped serratus anterior muscles to the sides, and is a stout collagen sheet which stretches slowly after implant placement, but provides reliable long-term internal bra-like support to prevent “bottoming-out”. With this approach the implants are totally behind the breast. Complete muscle coverage of the implant, without cutting through the muscles, can only be achieved by trans-axillary approach, entering the space under the muscle where it lies closest to the skin in the anterior axillary fold. The Advantages of this approach are ease of placement, natural breast shape no implant visibility, no rippling of the implant surface (except textured implants in thin women), lower capsule contracture risk, since the breasts are completely separated from the implant, and no ducts with germs are damaged while placing the implants, low mammography interference, good internal support, and no scars on the breast. Disadvantages are the difficulty mastering the procedure, thus it is not available from all surgeons, muscle discomfort post-op, and implants which tend early to be a bit full superiorly, until the support fascia stretches. This is my preferred technique for the majority of patients.
Yea mine are partials…mr traynor called them unders but I asked him if I was having fully unders or partials and he said partials which I was happy about xxx

Hi maddy no not at all have accepted. Ahh Janet they do look big I’m not gunna lie…but in a full body shot they look smaller and in proportion…I had a thin turtle neck top on today though and they looked mahoosiveeee the brown one that’s in my pics lol but generally I can dress them down as well in clothes which is good don’t want to look all boob constantly! Xx

0pHannah, just had a peak at your new pics. They look amazing, you must be so happy ! They look like they have got bigger as they have dropped and look so settled now. I wouldn’t worry and couldn’t tell, that one was slightly bigger still, I personally think that the perfect set of boobs natural or enhanced exist, and if mine end up like yours I would be over the moon. Enjoy xxx
Thanks hannah…yes I’m really happy with them and not worried if one is slightly bigger…I think it’s still a bit more swollen and started off a bit bigger pre op anyway xxx
