    I had my op yesterday and managed to sleep reasonably well but have woke up this morning and can barely move my arms and need help to get up off the bed/sofa. Is this normal I’m such a worrier! :-/

    Yeah u will feel sore. Plus find it hard to sleep and get up. U will need help.

    It’s normal hun 🙂 rest as much as you can. I’m POD2 and more sore than I was yesterday xx

    I’m POD2 and I feel soo sore where my drains and incisions are .. Sleeping is okay, I’m in and out of sleep throughout the day and I’m not really taking the pain killers until I go to bed and first thing in the morning. Hope you guys are feeling okay xxx

    Hi Hun! I’m two days post op and am feeling a little less stiff and sore today, yesterday was a real struggle though my partner had to help me with everything! But today I’ve managed to very slowly get up and go to the bathroom and walk around the house for a bit.
    Just make sure you try and get up even for a few minutes during the day otherwise it will really hurt when you do move.
