So ive got a macom bra – I was advised by my PC to get a bigger back size; im usually a 32 so ordered a 34 .. Today I had my strapping off and brought along my macom bra to which the nurse said that I should never have been told to get an34 back as its way too big .. So with it being Xmas eve rush by time I got home I only had time to go to a shopping pro close to me and picked up some Lonsdale sports bras as ive seen on here a few people recommend them.. I’ve put it on but doesn’t feel very supportive? I’ve also got some seamless cheaply ones from peackocks but imagining they wouldn’t provide much support either .. I’m really panicking now because I know how important it is to have the right support and I’m not going to be able to get anything now until at least day after boxing day.. Will this be ok? And what do I buy when I do? Do I wear the slighty big macom bra or the not so supportive sports bras in the mean time? Ther feel really huge as well atm and feel like I need all the support I can get .. Any help would really be appreciated ladies! Freaking out!! Xx

Hi babe i got the marks and spencers one. Im usually a 34 back and got a 36 and it dont feel too loose or too tight. They are front fastening too. But as for now why dont you wear both so the cheaper bra on first then the slightly bigger macom one on top? xxx

Hey huni I work at sports direct and longdale are crap n cheep to be fair you get wot u pay for ( I don’t mean to be rude ) but if your going for cheep I would say USA pro are the better cheeper ones but for me all the way with my 3ops n the last few years it had to be my Shock Absorber Ultimate run hands down I’ve tryed from Asda to M&S down to primark . This bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up 78% dose wot it’s says on the tin but you will be needed to fitted on width not cup size x
