Hey Hun I think it’s a week before but I was looking into these arnica tables and asked a pharmacist and there is no proven studies that they help and he could advise me on them as they are homeopathic so no tests involved. So now I’m unsure whether to take them. Who advised you? Have you researched them at all? Sorry don’t want to put you off just want to inform x

Oh really it’s so strange as Iv read things online as well about them that there was a study and basically its a mind thing if your taking them it will help. This stopped me from getting them but it’s been playing on my mind now and thinking anything that could help I should take haha but I think your right you don’t no what to believe x

Hi Natalie, Im not really feeling anything at the min I will be nervous at the time though I’m worried about sleeping snd the needles and pain haha if they will look right but I keep telling myself it will be fine and loads are done which are fine. Iv wanted it for ages but never done anything until my boyfriend said if you really want it do it you been going on 9yrs haha. Yeah I’m going through MYA I no a few that have and other places didn’t seem friendly and was rushing. Who you with?? Xx

I know what you mean seen 2 with MYA and I wanted it over Christmas but Dr Singh was on hol so could of gone with the other but decided to wait and told my boss so I could book leave and she was really good about it and I can work from home so that’s a bonus but defo glad I waited and going with who I want and Dr Singh has some much experience made me feel comfortable. That will be nice for your wedding everything will be perfect. Congrats x
