Just wondering when I can eventually change my sports bra. Something a little more comfortable and soft cx
What are you wearing now hun? The shock absorber run is supposed to be really comfy and super supportive. I’ve only tried it on pre op (op in jan) so not sure if it is comfy after but the material is really soft 🙂 20%off in debenhams at the moment too xxx
I’m only a day post of was going to wait a week xx
I’m wearing m&s sports bra ultimate shock absorber a was just going to wait a week or so post op and it’s just quite right round the bottom and obviously when I undo it to check my boobies it’s quite tight pushing them in dunno whether that’s normal for support I don’t know xx
U know if you can buy the shock absorber ones that fasten at the front?please x
You could maybe do with trying the back size up or cup size up as could just be swelling if your only one day post op. I’ve bought 7 bras in various sizes to be safe haha. If you keep tags on could exchange if not right? Xxx
They do some shock absorbers with zip fronts Natalie but only go up to DD…Not sure what size you are xxx
@freya I’ll die if I’m bigger than dd lol. 32a at the min having 375cc unders so surgeon said large c/d but pc said get dd sports bra for swelling.xx
I had 400cc which is estimated to about D-DD
So I bought a sports bra shock absorber went up on the back size so I got 34DD sports bra.
Got that home tried it on and even with my B boobs there wasn’t much room so I bought a 34E which I’m glad I did cos this is a smig tight around my back xxx
I ended up buying a 34G cos I tried them on pre op and there didn’t seem much room at all so I bought a big one. It is too big but it sits nice on my back and shoulders, it’s just the cup is too big. Ive bought a new one off the internet from asda which will be here Friday (4days PO), so I’m going to change my bra then to a 34E or 34F, ive bought both to try 🙂 xxx
