    Todays a good day not in much pain at all just feels wierd redtricted movement havnt touched strapping just left it as im to scared to take it off…xxxx

    Hey Abby it’s better if you get somebody else to take off chick I was going to change my own dressing and got to the bit and it knocked me sick x
