Hey Ladies.
So I have my BA booked for the beginning of April. I am a 32b at current and a skinny size 8. I want to go for either 375 or 400cc HP unders.
I am just a little bit worried that going this size will make my boobs quite big to my frame, making it difficult for tops/dresses to fit my big boobs but tiny waist. Has anyone found this or now struggles to find clothes to fit their boobs and waist? I am only worried as someone made a comment about it yesterday, saying they had a friend that now has to have all her clothes taken in at the waist.

But I’ve always had that sizing issue with my bottom half anyway as I’ve got quite a big bum in comparison to my waist and my boobs but I wouldn’t say it’s ever caused me enough problems to have stuff taken in or anything some things don’t fit as well and my friend who recently had her boobs done told me she can’t wear certain things just because they don’t fit in the right places but no more than normal – hope that helps … X.
Hi Leigh I’m a 6/8 32a im 5 n half days post operation I had 375cc unders. I’m glad I didn’t go any bigger when I came out thought Ah they small but since Iv taken my bra off they look big but not massive once swelling goes down and they settle think it will be ok.xx

Thanks for your message, that helps. I suppose I would have things taken in so that I can have the amazing boobs that I want. It just worried me when someone made the comment yesterday, ‘Well you don’t want them too big because what happens if you need a size 12 for boobs but a size 8 for waist’. Fair point I suppose because a 12 would look awful around my tiny waist. Maybe I could just about get away with a 10.
The more I think about it, the more I think I may have the 375 hehe. It’s so hard to come up with a final decision. The 28th Jan? You must be sooo excited, not long now!! xHi Natalie. I can sometimes be a size 6 in some clothes too, that’s why I don’t want to go too big that I end up struggling buying tops all the time..Part of my excitement is being able to wear lovely tops/dresses that I now can’t wear with being so flat chested. How is your recovery going? Are you loving your new assets? Do you mind if I add you please? x
@CLARE25 I forgot to ask, can I add you please? x@leigh I’m the same I wanted natural 2 at the minute they are far from natural lol. But I mean 5 days they need to come together and drop. I bought a size 10/12 pjs from Primark for the hospital put them on after operation they were massive I bought a size 10 cheap zip up tracksuit top from Primark to come home and again that was massive so I’m thinking I may still be able to fit into some of my size 8 clothes obviously not bikinis etc. I have a tiny frame.x
Hehe, aww bless you! No doubt that some of the size is from the swelling. Once they start to settle and drop, I bet they will look lovely! Thank you, that makes me feel better hearing you talk about size of tops that you have been wearing! I never thought about primark for front fastening tops to wear after surgery, I will have to go and have a look. So thanks for the double help! 🙂 xx
Hey hun I am a size 8-10 and im currently in my hospital bed with 350 overs and from what I can see they look lovely I just hope not too small or I will get major boob greed lol I will stick up some photos when I get home tomorrow tho if you wanted to see xx

I never go to Primark just hate looking lol. Like to go in and see what I want any how. Was unsure what size to get and didn’t want to spend a fortune so went and just guessed but I would of def been able to fit into a 8 still however not sure if Primark is small or large fitting.xx

I’m a size 8 on top with a little frame, I’ve got 420 HP overs and still wear size 8 tops I’m sure you’ll be absolutely fine. xThank you Emma, you have just made my day! Ooo the exact same size that I want to go. 400cc were the biggest I got offered too but Dr Mounir said if they look right then he thinks I should go for them and I do want to. Just fretting about the after size a little with being so skinny (I try to put weight on but it never goes on!) What size did you start off chick? How has your recovery been? So glad to hearing that you are loving your new boobies! I’ll add you xx

I went up a couple of cup sizes with the 260CC and then another couple of sizes again with the 420CC SO 4 cup sizes before having any implants.
I’d definitely go 400Cc or you’ll be disappointed. XHey babe well I used to get 6 or 8 tops and it depends on the top as if you look on my pictures I had a crop top I always wore but no longer fits . Some of my tops look so tight on me too but it all depends on the style . I’m sure you will be okay and 400 is a good size x

Hey Rebecca. Hehehe, I see what you mean about that crop top, you definitely aren’t fitting into that, nice top though. Your boobs look great chick! I absolutely love your cleavage! I hope mine end up like that and not with too much of a gap. You must be so happy with your result! How many weeks post op are you? Mr Mounir has ordered all 3 sizes for me and to be honest, I am going to let him make the final decision on the day. I just want the best looking boobies I can have. That bikini looks great! xx
Hey Leigh I am 5 weeks and a bit weeks post op 🙂 I am happy just wish I could of had and been allowed bigger maybe 425. And yeah some people worry about the gap but depends on what gap you have before hand . What are your stats ? And yes let your surgeon decide he will no ! What’s the maximum he offered ? X

0pI’m a size 8 and a 32a and I’m having 600cc unders to take me to a DD/E although apparently they will measure a FF + this was the best advice I was given was to ask for the size you want to look and not ask for the size you want to measure xx
Chelze, They look great 😀 I bet you can’t wait to wear a normal bra. That’s what I can’t wait for, to be able to buy pretty bras and non padded!! Does the sports bra get irriating? xx
Rebecca what size implants did you have? I can only tell a little bit by the gap I have now but I don’t think it will be massive. I am currently a 32b and Dr Mounir has offered me the biggest of 400cc. but has given me the option to pick between 350 and 375 aswell. Are yours over or unders? I see you went with Dr Kazzazi, I met him first but didn’t get that ‘yes’ factor, man of little words hay 🙂 xx

Wow 600cc, when are you having those done chick and with which surgeon? I said to him that I would like to be a D/DD, I know not overly pricise….he then offered me 350/375/400, now it’s just time to make the decision. I just don’t want it to be the wrong one. When I met Dr Kazzazi, he offered me biggest of 300cc as he said that you may see the implant with how skinny I am but Dr Mounir didn’t say that, infact offered me first off 50cc more. Just can be so confusing the more information you learn and the more option you get offered. My decision on surgeon wasn’t the size option they offered me, it was the feel I had about the surgeon xx
Hey Samf. You are very similar stats to me and have been got similar size implants I think I am going to pick 🙂 I am a full 32b so maybe that’s why his first size offered was 375cc, if you had 425cc. So glad to hear that you love the size, reassures me to talk to girls with similar stats to me! To be honest, it’s the padded bra size that I want, ok maybe a tiny bit bigger. I just want it to all be mine and not lose my boobs as soon as I take my bra off 🙂 How is your recovery going? I am the same, worried about being too big as I am so skinny more than boob greed. Hey Rebecca. Aww I see exactly why you went with him, if you know people who went with him and are happy and have seen results you liked the look of too! I don’t know anyone that has had a BA, I haven’t even really told hardly anyone as people constantly give me opinions like I haven’t given this much consideration and research! Director…you can definitely trust him lol..I did consider that too. I just walked away from the consultation feeling dissapointed even though I couldn’t pin point why. So I did a lot more research about MYA surgeons and saw a lot of good things about Dr Mounir so eventually asked my PC (I believe I read on your profile that you had the same one, Kimberley at Nottingham?) and she set a consultation up with him. I met him and within 10 mins of our 30 min consultation I knew he was the one.
Dr Kazzazi offered me completely different…275 or 300cc moderate unders where as Mr Mounir has offered me 350/375 o5 400 high profile unders. So different…yep confuses me more. I did not pick Mr Mounir because he offered me bigger, for me it was finding my perfect surgeon. Yours look amazing though chick!! You picked wisely! xxHi Leigh, I’m 5ft 7” on the smaller side of a size 8 and currently a 32a/b. I’ve been offered 350/375cc HP unders and was panicking recently that maybe I had not asked to go big enough but after talking to my friend today, she’s re-assured me…..I’d never really thought of being too big as a bit of an issue but my friend is a 32e and said she really struggles to find nice bras. 32D/DD seem to be a lot easier to find. She also often has to go a size up on tops and dresses to fit around her boobs which then end up a bit too loose on her waist….In the grand scheme of it, there are worse problems to have lol. But for me think I’m content with the 375 cc for an easier ‘shopping’ life = still a massive improvement to what I have now. 🙂
I have my opp, a week on Monday so can let you know what I end up as and how I get on.

I’m a size 6 and was a 32a (had 375cc) and range from a 32dd- 32f (In boux avenue ridiculous!!!) and I still wear my dresses if they are stretchy! However some structured dresses I can’t get the zip up or I feel like it’s pushed my boobs up to my chin. The only a change is I feel reluctant to buy online now as I always need to try stuff on (I used to just buy size 6 and never try things on!) good luck!!!xxxHey @Caz27x. Cheers for your reply chick. I know, I don’t want to be too big or too small hehe. Decisions!! You are right, there are worse problems to have than big boobs, which is something I’ve always wanted. I just struggle shopping now for jeans because apparently you can’t have a little bum and really long legs, I just don’t fancy having a massive boobs and then not be able to find nice tops that fit my boobs and tiny waist. Shopping dilemma and I haven’t even got there yet hehe. I am thinking about going for the 375 as I feel that will take me to a nice size from a full b cup. Wow, a week on Monday, not long at all. It’s amazing how the same size implant can take girls to all different sizes…I’m currently a 32b and have been told 375 will take me to a D/DD…well doesn’t sound like that’s the case next to you 🙂 When did you have yours done chick? Did he offer you any other size or did he just suggest that size when you said you want to be a full D? Have you had any other consultations with different surgeons? You having over or unders? I have to say, when I tried the sizer on, I did love the 400 straight away and as my PC said, as I am having unders then I could lose a little size. To be totally honest, I got offered 3 sizes and they are all being ordered for my surgery date. I will reiterate to Dr Mounir what I want the outcome to be, I feel he understood me in my consultation anyway (that’s why I picked him) and allow him to pick the best fitted implant on the day xxAmelia

He said 450 is the perfect size but I defo think 375/400, if unsure try the rice test! I tried it last night lol, weigh the rice and put in food bags and it gives you an idea of weigh and size lol
I am booked for the beginning of may…. So far away just want it to Hurry up!!!
