Sleeping sitting up is killing me off too! I don’t seem to sleep for more than 3 consecutive hours then I wake up and have to readjust myself. It’s giving me terrible backache too! It’s not too bad whilst I’m off work but I’m hoping it will get easier once I start back! Xx

Im sleeping on the sofa now. The first night I tried to sleep in bed but I just couldn’t get comfortable so came downstairs at about 5 am. Im propped up with lots of cushions, 1 under my bum as thats where it aches sleeping upright 1 under my knees and my v pillow behind my shoulders for support. Last night I managed to sleep right through from about 11.30 til 7.30 xx

I’ve been told that I can sleep flat whenever it feels comfortable too! The hard bit is getting up from the flat position in which you may have to have some help xx

I’ve just woke up nearly flat. But I was only like that a few Hours tops then I couldn’t get up out of bed. I’m sure you have to lie propped up for 6 weeks to ensure that they settle properly and reduce the risk of swelling. You’ll get used to it babe I’m on day 7 now and got it down to a t. 3 big puffy pillows behind my v pillow then one between me n hubby and one under my knees. Xxx

Sleeping up is a nightmare but! I’ve got a V shaped pillow, picked it up from dunelms for about a 10a, really helping with it! Definitely recommend to buy one xx
