Hi girls, I really need to think about starting to order some sports bras for post op as not got too long now, but reading through all the posts on here there are so many different opinions which ones are best!
I know Mr Mounir doesn’t use strapping, so I at LEAST need one or two for immediately after surgery to go home in. What would you recommend for this? Obviously I can’t get the shock absorber as I’ve read I need to be measured?!
Any others you suggest until I can get my back measured properly? There’s all sorts on here and so many girls against the Macom! So confusing. I’m shopping in town today so may as well attempt to pick some up if I can.
how can I even predict I’m picking the right size really?!! So confused lol

Hey huni you can get buy the shock ab sports bra as I was fitted for all 3 of mine b4 my ops mum is a bra fitter at debhams and she said it’s done by width not cup size that y you need to get fitted as long as you got the right width the shock ab has snap back in so it will strech right out to go in flow of your bobbies so I’m 32GG\H and add my swelling on top of that my shock ab bra is 36F as its done by width and ive got loads of snap back in it to go up few more cups in it xx

Go in debhams and get fitted the girls are well trained for pre op / post op girls xx

When measuring, remember to wear a bra, keep the tape measure straight and snug and make sure it’s warm!

A – CUP MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body at the fullest part of the bust. Don’t have the tape measure too tight that it flattens your bust.

B- ACTUAL AROUND BODY MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body underneath your bust. Pull the tape measure quite tight.
