    Hi girls
    I have woken up with bruises around my incisions and on side of my left boob not to bad but it hurts lol.. is having them round your incisions normal?

    Shall i start taking arnicare tablets to help them go down xxx

    Hiya hun this is totally normal. Have a look At my pics my bruising on one side is really bad. And round the incisions obviously thats where you’ve been cut and implant squeezed through. Arnica helps but it will Just take time for them to go xxx
