Totally normal 🙂 it’s a big operation and it’s just all part of your recovery – you’ll feel so many strange sensations over the next few weeks! I had the tickly nipple sensation too!! It was awful, I felt like I was getting electric shocks, but it was only in one boob it was so strange…
I almost fainted too one of the first times I got in the shower. Burning is normal too, any burning/stabbing/stinging sensations are all very normal and happen to most of us! I rang the emergency number a few times because I was panicking over little things – silly with hindsight but it’s funny the little things you worry about!
