Afternoon, do you post op guys only wear shock absorber sports bras for working out? I’m 8 weeks and want to get a few sports bras but the shock absorber ones are quite pricey. I have one shock absorber which was £20 but I get really sweaty so am gonna need a good few. Any advice would be helpful x

I have a few different bras and used them for everything work gym chilling at home. I am 8 weeks post op and only wear normal bras when I go out as I want to love after my boobs as much as I can x

Lol ok I wear my shock as much as poss but only have one. The shock absorber run ultimate is the best but around£38

Oh it depends what size you order, the 32dd has gone up now but the 34dd is still that price. X
