So my op was cancelled a day before my op, so not only did I book time off work as well as my fiancé but I had organised and paid for him to get insured on my car so he could drive me back up, obviously couldn’t then cancel it as it was short notice so that was a waste of money. Rarely have any communication from MYA and it’s extremely frustrating as I’ve paid fully for my op which is yet to be even booked yet when I tell them I’ll be looking for a refund shortly they just advise me they’ll get me in as soon as. I have seen a lot of people having problems with these and that’s just putting doubts in my mind and I am seriously considering getting a full refund and going elsewhere! X
