Hi everyone,
I have booked my breast au for the end of March. Really happy with everything except MYA want me to have an ultrasound and ECG done because I have a minor heart condition. I understand that we cannot go ahead if it’s too dangerous but was just wondering if anyone else has had to do all this too? And whether it worked out or not? Just don’t want to get myself to excited to just be disappointed. Thank you 🙂

Hi Franny, I had to have an ECG as I have an irregular heart beat, luckily I had my pre op quiet early as the doctors were awful at getting my results to MYA luckily I got print outs on the day and in the end I had to post the over. They’ve got them an have said I’m fine to go ahead. Xx

Thank you so much everyone for your replies. This reassures me! I was worried that I was the only one who had to have these and that mya were going to say no as its too much trouble! Thank you for reassuring me 🙂 it’s just the chasing up of Drs that is so annoying. X x

ECG just monitors what your heart is doing I guess?? I’ve had loads but I’m just so nervous they won’t let me have it I’m worried when I have the ECG my pulse will be all over the place! Ha x
