Also clean eating is very much the same as slimming world, but you can just look it up online, instead of paying a subscription. I started clean eating at the beginning of jan and lost 7lbs in the first few days, I’ve stopped losing now, but what I lose in fat I put on in muscle and am looking great compared to the beginning of the year. I have my BA on 18th April, and I am trying to tone up a bit more before then too xx
