Hey girlie’s. Hope everyone is well and recovering quickly. I will be 5 weeks post op on Friday and am absolutley dying to get on my cross trainer Just to do a bit of cardio I feel like a total beached whale. What do you girls think about getting back into it? I wouldn’t do arms? Xx
Hey hun, I’m 5 weeks post op and went on crosstrainer yesterday, just held on to the bars that don’t move so didn’t use arms at all so you should be fine xxx
