Hi girls,
So I had my strapping off today (POD 6) and I’m so happy with the results! Obviously they’re high up and swollen but, I’m just so happy to finally have boobs lol! My right is much more swollen and bruised around the bottom than the left but the nurse said that’s nothing to worry about.
My incisions are healing nicely too, which meant I could finally shower yay!!!
However, when I had a shower I found it really hard to stand for so long and it was really hard for me to wash myself properly. My boyfriend had to jump in and help me lmao. Is this normal?? How did you all get on with your first showers after BA?
Photos are attached, please let me know what you think!
Xxxx
They look amazing i bet youre so pleased! 🙂 xx
They look amazing, can’t wait for mine on monday! 🙂 xx
They look amazing huni! I found the first shower hard too. Been walking round like my implants are going to fall out haha! Xx
They look fab hun, perfect on your frame! I didn’t like the first few showers as it just felt like my boobs were so heavy and about to fall off haha. The weird feeling will go and you’ll get used to it in no time, it’s normal.
Happy healing!xxx
They look gorgeous babe! I had mine off too. Still too scared to shower as if I take my bra off they feel so heavy and alien. I’m having a shallow bath then using the shower head to run down my top half haha. Xx
They look great! What size did you go to? I’m getting my strapping off tomorrow and quite nervous. Should I expect bruising? Cant wait to get this strapping off, its very uncomfortable. Xx
I had 400cc partials hun @callie21972. I’m not sure hun, I could tell I had it around the bottom off my right one as It was really tender in my cleavage. It’s not noticeable though, I could only see it when the nurse took my photos! You will be relieved to have it off babe, trust me!! Let us know your results 🙂 and thank you all girls, means a lot! ❤️ Xx
Wow they look fantastic, no wonder you’re pleased!!
How was the Manchester hospital? I chose that one as opposed to London as well as I read some people’s experiences and not all were great!
Do you get a private room there and how are the staff? xx
They look amazing Hun if mine look anything like this ill be really happy! Happy healing x x
@tracyface I really liked the Manchester hospital! You get your own private room and although they’re not the biggest, it’s still a room haha! The staff were amazing hun. I could not fault them. Constantly checking if I needed anything, seeing if I was ok, bringing pain killers, etc etc. Fab!!!
@sarah90123 thank you hun, you’ve really made my day 🙂 Xx
@sarah90123 how you feeling about it hun? Nerves kicking in yet?? X
@tracyface that’s what I was worried about. I heard you may have to share a room at the Fitzroy so that kind of put me off! It took us just over 2 hours to get back. It said 1 hour 40 on the sat nav but there was road works/traffic/etc. The journey back wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be! Xx
Cool – keep us updated on your progress!! xxx
