So…..
Im getting my nose and breast done on the 12th of March and im starting to feel super nervous. After reading a few blogs it seems everyone else is alot more clued up then i am ( Im startign to panick).

I know i have to stop smoking, which im doing. Is there anything else i need to know? Should i be using any special creams prior or be doing anything to help healing before the op? ahh guys im panicking now lol.

Im weirdly excited aswell!

Hi Misty,

My nurse told me to stop taking vitamins and using bio oil or coco butter two weeks before my op. I’ve got my op on 4th March.

Can’t drink alcohol or smoke for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post op. I am still using my bio oil to reduce the risk of stretch marks. Get your sports bra reasdy, but make sure it’s 2 size bigger around the back due to swelling, and try and get pyjamas that button up at the front because you won’t be able to put your hands above your head.
All surgeons say different things, but I wouldn’t worry too much hun, I’m sure they will tell you when they call about your admission time 🙂

I was using bio oil and cocoa butter on my boobs for like a month and then was told to stop two weeks before. Not sure when I can start using them again I will have to ask at my post op on 11th x
