    Seen a few posts, I’m totally lost. What sports bras are recommended for the first couple of weeks? And then Which ones for 6 weeks plus?! Any links would be fab girls as I’m trying to shop online and I don’t know if I need high impact straight a way or wired.. Help?!?

    No for wired bras until after your 6 week check! Yes to high impact sports bras, try m&s, ive got a extra high impact from there, can try shock absorber but you need to get measured for it so leave that til after your op, ive also got a high impact one from asda! Oh and make sure they’re the zip up front ones, hope this helps 🙂 x
