    hi, how long roughly is it till i can go back to gym and start lightly? I’m 10days post op and never thought id hear myself say i can’t wait to go back haha feel like crap! x

    MYA advice is 6 weeks but some girls say they go back earlier but keep it light. I think it’s individual depending on how your feeling x

    Im 7 weeks post op and ive been back but theres so much u cant do! Nothing high intensity like running or insanity. And i still can even do sit ups and crunches you dont realise how many things use your chest muscles x

    Im day 3 post-op and i’m so fed up… I cant stop eating and all I can do is watch TV. I’ve been trying evening walks but my chest feels so tight! They should prescribe tablets for boredem eating…. Xo

    yeah i thought it would be around 6 weeks just iv seen diff people say they have gone back 4th week I’m not going to do it anytime soon obviously haha! just take each day as it comes as i went back to uni today and felt weird to walk around as my chest was tight and couldn’t do most stuff like opening a door, think I’m gonna leave it for a few days extra so i dont push it xx
