I was a small 32 b and had 410 overs, as suggested by Mr Adamo. I initially thought this would be too big and was going to go for the 380’s instead but I decided that the surgeon knows better than I do so I went with his suggestion. Thank god I did, I probably would have been disappointed if I’d doubted his judgement! I’m a 32E/F now, it varies depending on the shop but amazingly they don’t look that big. Don’t get me wrong they are big, but I look in proportion and they look unbelievably natural. You couldn’t tell they were fake if you didn’t know.
Its all very mind blowing at first, everyone is using terms you don’t understand like unders, overs, high profile, low profile etc but trust the surgeon, its what they do and they know better than anyone else. Who’s your patient co-ordinator? I had Nadja, she was lovely. Mr Adamo is renowned for his work and neatness and he has great reviews from everyone on here. Complications is a rarity nowadays. The surgeon will run through all of the possible risks with you but most of the risks are a 1-2% risk so very very low.
Mr Adamo is a very friendly man, he doesn’t come across as at all creepy and he takes his time listening to what you want and answering any questions you have. I found him to be thoroughly pleasant throughout my dealings with him. He has done over 1100 breast enlargements alone so really knows his stuff. He is known for his very tidy work and I can stand by that as well. I saw one of my friends scars before I had my op and I was really worried, hers looked awful. But I can honestly say mine are very neat and tidy. You will be givena copy of his CV and he is very highly qualified. What else would you like to know about him? x

410 is the weight of the implant, its not done by bra size its in grams but the surgeon has a good idea of what size an implant will give. There is the option of under the muscle and over the muscle. Again, it depends on how much breast tissue ou have. I’ve heard people say that they go for unders because they look more natural. That isn’t true, it all depends on what tissue you have as to whether they need to go under or over. The recovery time is slightly longer with unders because the implant is placed under the muscle. I had mine over and had hardly any pain at all. There’s no need to be embarassed, they fully understand why you’re there and there’s no judgement at all. When you have your first appt it will be just you and the patient co-ordinator in the room and when you have your surgeon consultation, it will be just you and the surgeon. You can take someone with you for moral support as well if you like and they are allowed in the room too. I understand how you feel, I felt embarassed at first too, but you don’t need to feel that way, it is all so worth it in the end x

I am going to London Highgate Hospital my surgeon is Mr Singh – I had my consultation with him middle of Sept and he was very thorough and asked me questions and i asked him – i felt very comfortable with him – he has carried out over 20,000 breast enlargments so i feel i will be in safe hands xx

Aw all surgeons in the uk are all trained an registered an its rare anything major should go wrong . So when you find a surgeon you feel comfortable with you go for it . Iv heard nothing but good things about mya in london . I myself am in manchester an my surgeon is lovely and the before and after pics look great . The way i see it is you work hard every day bein a mum so you deserve a couple of lil treats . Go for it you wont regret it hun
