Today was one of the hardest days, was so painful and felt so stiff, but I slept a lot today which passed a lot of time (you get very bored). I’m finding it hard doing little things on my own like drinking getting in and out of bed ect thank god I have my mum around to help me! I recommend to any pre op girls to have some sort of help around you as you will struggle well I did anyway, i changed my sports bra today from Macom to my George asda £8 bra and to be honest it’s really comfy but not as good for support but while I’ve got strapping on it will do! Also had a shower I couldn’t wait a week lol!
