Hey girls, I’ve read that post op depression and regret is really common so hopefully I’m worrying for no reason. I had my op on 21st 250cc MP overs. I lost quite a bit of weight since i was younger so I had some excess skin to fill – because my nipples sat quite low I feel I don’t have natural cleavage look but they sit quite far apart. I know once I can wear proper bras I can create cleavage but I want to be able to get cleavage without needing a bra too. Will they gradually go closer together or do I need to be realistic to the fact that body isn’t made to allow that to happen?!
Also my left boob looks bigger than my right but I guess that’s just the swelling.
I wonder whether if I had round instead of anatomical it would have given me better cleavage.
How long post op are you? Your boobs will change constantly for a long time it can even be 6 months to a year for them to settle,
I’m 3 weeks tomorrow and my left is still very swollen. I had moderate plus profile and don’t have a cleavage. I assumed that would only be achieved via a bra whether I had surgery or not.
Don’t fret hun, give them time and you will fall in love. Personally I think they look great! X
Hi Sophie
I think your boobs look great, really natural looking.
I was a 32A before my surgery and barely even filled that. My surgeon told me before my op that because I was an A cup and that my breasts were already very far apart this was unlikely to change.
I am so pleased with my results even if my breasts still are far apart. But I can get a cleavage with a good push up bra.
Remember what you had before and what you have now and the improvement. No boobs are perfect.
Hi Sophie,
My breast are also far apart and I was told by Dr Fiumara that this cannot be changed. I’m having 250/275 cc moderate profile partials on 25 April. My expectations are realistic and I hope I will get some cleavage with a push up bra. I think your breasts look great already but give them some time. Good luck with your recovery.
They will definitely change, I couldn’t look at mine when I first took off my bra 1 weeks post on, they were so funny looking. I had slightly tubular boobs, but now they’re perfectly round and I’m so happy with the result! I’m 4 weeks post op btw xx
Thanks so much girls.. Was just having a bad day I think. Just needed reassurance. I’ve now changed my M&S bra to Macom and can already see an improvement on perkiness and nipple placement. Xxx
@sophie24 hi huni, Ive found the hardest part of all of this is the emotions and feelings! The past few weeks I have loved and hated my boobs, it changes everyday! I’ve been taking pictures everyday to show myself that they have changed and will carry on changing every day for the next few months! 4 days post op is so so early to try and think how they’ll look eventually huni, i know its hard though. I think your boobs look great by the way! Feel free to add me if you’d like huni x
I agree I’ve loved and hated my boobs every day! It’s very early on for both of us though! I think yours look so good and will only get better as the weeks go on too! Hope you don’t mind the add xx
I’ve uploaded more pics on my profile – 6 days post op! Xxx
