Can I use hibiscrub on the morning of my op? xx
Good question hun- I await the responses lol! xx
@tracyface Haha 🙂 I know we can take a shower but I’m not sure if we can use that so thought I’d check with post-op girls to see what they did on the morning of their op. I want to be as clean as I can knowing that I’m gonna feel grubby for the days afterwards! Haha!! xx
@haylaycx Hi Hayley, I’ve just got hibiscrub and thought that we are supposed to use on the day of the surgery, but not certain now. Will have to check with the nurse.
I know hun!! Just remember, avoid contact with your brain!! :D:D:D

I used hibiscrub to have a shower with the morning of my op just remember no deodorant or moisturisers x
@beckytierney It’s an anti bacterial wash which surgeons wash their hands with before surgery – good for killing all the germs on your skin to avoid infection x
I used it the evening before and morning of my op x
You can use it post op too I believe, obviously not before 7 days though since you can’t shower 🙂 – It just keeps germs away x
Haha, thanks all! @amy03 @destijl @sophiev @tracyface
I’ll be using it on Saturday morning then xx
Yeah, I didn’t realise what it was until I read a post on here. I’m definitely gonna use it xx @beckytierney
I use it post op too, I use it on my hands so that if I need to handle my incision or anything I am nice and clean x
