@danielle246 Hi hun, i slept like this for 5 weeks:
3 pillows (2 of them of duck feather) + V pillow on my back, then: primark home throw folded 4 times placed between the v pillow and half thigh (stop sliding and also dampens the pressure on my butt), then 2 pillow placed under the knees for relieve more pressure.
I know is tricky but no sleeping was driving me crazy so i tried al the possible solutions and this one worked really well for me. Good luck!
