Hi girls,
Need some advice, I have brought a sports bra from m&s in a C as that’s what the nurse said to buy, I just don’t know if I need to go up a back size to allow for swelling ect ? I am a 32 back in bras (well that’s what I’ve always worn – ive always been too embarrassed to get measured) and its always been comfortable – what do you all think ?
Then I’m also going to buy a Macom which I believe only go in back size so should I go up in back size with them too or do you think that’s defeating the point of support ?
To be honest the nurse I saw wasn’t very helpful. I don’t 100% know what I’m having yet .. Either 300 / 325 / 350 from a 32A… I’m not even sure if I should be getting a C or a D sports bra !

Hi hun, Macom bra’s are amazing they are so comfy, convenient and offer the best support. Going by the size implants you are getting I would recommend the i-bra that’s a level 5 support bra. hey hun!
with macom you order your current back size and thats all! so i’d order a Small as you are a 32 like me!
its quite loose fitting too it doesnt feel that tight but i am pre-op.
for your m&s one you do want to go up a backsize for swelling! ive got 2 34D sports bras from asda!
ive been offered 300/325/350! i think im goign for 350s!
I’d definately go for the D sports bra i’ve just read a girls story who had 325 and she took D and DD and they couldnt get the D on!

Thank you that’s so much help, defo going to return my m&s for a bigger back size ! I did think about it but wasn’t sure as the nurse wasn’t helpful at all.
I don’t know what I’m having as my surgeon has said she won’t know what she can fit in until I’m in surgery !
Do you think I’d need a D in M&S ? I have 30 days to return so after my op I have 1 week to return it and swap for another size if it doesn’t fit x

yeah id maybe go for 34 D or 34C?
If i were you I would get the D and yes leave the tag on!
maybe get both and return the one you dont need?
