    So today i’m post op day 2, my arms are killing to move & i just got up out of bed & one of my boobs was stinging like mad it felt like my implant was just gonna drop out!
    My back is absolutely killing & i had hardly any sleep! 🙁
    heeeeelp someone make me feel better!

    I just started some anti sickness tablets & gonna try cocodomal today. They normally make me sooo sick so ive been avoiding them. however the hospital didnt even give me these, i just got one satchet of ibruprofen, 1 satchet of paracetomal & 4 codeine tablets. :/ ive had all the codeine already & ibruprofen is doing nothing! I thought i wouldve got more tablets especially cus ive had unders?

    good job i have a mum whos first aid box is that big she could open a pharmacy!

    Sleep is a healer I struggle on my back but woke up so long I’d just sleep I can barley feel any pain today! How strange like nothing has been done haha!

    Keep taking pain killers don’t move too muchxx

    Aaaah so jealous of you! I normally deal with pain sooo well i have such a good pain threshold but nope not this time!
    I just want to lay on my side & curl up in a ball & sleep! I cant do this sitting up business! Xx

    I had my op in on the 27th and have already run out of my painkillers, I’m still in some pain and need more 🙁 xx

    @tylerjade21 youd think theyd give you more especially paying so much money! I had surgery last year from an injury and the nhs gave me boxes of stuff & liquid morphine & everything!
    I just rang my gp to try and get some naproxen! Xx

    @tyler go to your doctors babes they will give u some if not stronger ones if ya still in pain xx

    Yeah definitely kim! Ive got some tramadol here so I’ll take it if the pain gets worse, and too scared to ring my gp as they wouldn’t do my bloods for me when I told them I was going for private surgery and they had a stinking attitude with me because of it, so I don’t think they’ll perscribe me with anything that’s related to me having a boob job 🙁 xx

    @tylerjade21 my doctors were just really funny with me too! I told them i went private & her attitude changed & she told me to ring my nurse and ask her to prescribe me some! But if the nurse did that would mean driving an hour to go pick a prescription up! So i rang my doctors back and she said my doctor would ring this afternoon :/ hmmm yeah i believe that! xx

    It’s rediculous isn’t it! We pay taxes and we don’t get anything in return! But they’re happy enough to give drug addicts methadone as a substitute on the Nhs, drives me mad! Xx

    Hi lovely,
    make sure that you have a soft pillow under your bum and a few pillows stacked behind your v pillow this helps. Try not to move too much and sleep as much as you can. Every day gets better I promise, Also the co codamol is a god send it gets rid of the pain, just make sure that you drink lots of water and peppermint tea as it bloats you. I’ve only just stopped looking like a sumo wrestler and got my jeans back on lol. Hope you feel better soon xx

    @tylerjade21 you just read my mind lmao! We pay taxes & national insurance & also have to pay for the prescriptions so i dont see why its so much bother! Xx

    @demdem thankyou for the tips! i have a million pillows now & im sat on a memory foam pillow which is helping! I took cocodomal earlier & my body must just hate it, i got up to go to the toilet & completely blacked out & was nearly sick! 🙁 back to the paracetamol! Xx

    @kimbarweee oh no hun! Get some tramadol from GP’s! They take pain away and help you sleep. I’ve just readded you as my account was deleted hun xx

    Hya hun. Its just your body healing its self back tgether. After about 4 days you shud be ok. Drink plenty water n try a small ice pack to cool them down. Ave had unders twice n first time a was in agony till day four x
