New bra fitting … when? Started by: Emma Louise

    Hello ladies! I am interested to know when you have gone and got measured after BA? I am currently almost 8 weeks post op (unders) and my nurse told me that I can get measured at the 8 week mark as the implant size isn’t going to change and swelling is gone etc, although there is still some dropping to go.
    I am sceptical about going and getting fitted as other web forums I have been on all say wait at least 3 months…. but who’s advice do I take? my post op nurse or surgeons from other websites?
    Confused!

    You could always get fitted twice hun.

    It’s a tricky situation really because when there are different opinions it’s like who do you believe?

    Like I said get fitted twice once now and then again in 3 months. Just don’t go buying majorly expensive bras if you feel that they may change some more

    Thanks Danielle I think thats best, I’m pretty tired of my old lady comfort bra’s now lol 🙂 looks like its a few second hand bra’s for the time being and full splurge in a few months time xxx
