Hiya, if its like a burning, stabbing pain, im habing the same! had my op 1st april and it hurts when i cough, laugh, move in the slightest, and my incisions feel sharp stinging pain like theyre ripping but its all nerve regeneration, from the stretching, ive rang the nurse this morning and she said i needed to start moving around more,she didnt know i hadnt been moving but guess it was just stiffning up. so ring the nurse to check hunny, then you can have the all clear to be safe enough to move around, for me moving definately eases the pains off, all of the pains in fact, and taking my painkillers! ive got some feeling back in my nipple on the side im getting more pain, so it just goes to show its my nerves regenerationg 🙂 xxxxx
