Hi girls, I’m almost 3 weeks post op and since I’ve had difficulty finding bras and always feel uncomfortable in them I’ve been really swollen which hasn’t helped but it’s finally settling down now but I haven’t gone and got measured for a bra due to this. I’m just not sure how they are Suppost to feel when on? I feel like my boobs are so far apart and I feel they look saggy and I’m not sure if my bras are supportive? Are they Suppost to push them together? As mine are still very hard tbh.(I had 380cc unders). I have m and s zip up bra, Asda bras, tesco bras also tried on shock absorbers which didn’t fit me at the time! Do you think bras effect the outcome at all? I’m worried I’ve ruined my boobs 🙁

Hi hun, your post surgery bra is meant to be supportive and as comfortable as possible at the same time. I only wear Macom bras as I find they offer me great support and they are really comfy. Bra’s are important especially in the first 6 weeks after surgery and I believe they could affect your outcome if you wore bras that didn’t give you the right amount of support. Happy healing xxx

@fionajsd yeah the m and s is really supportive :)but find it quite uncomfortable to sleep in, now my swelling has gone down I might get myself measured this weekend at debenhams for a shock absorber just hope it’s not too late lol xx
