Hey chick your sugreon will place wear he thinks the implants should be put over you get lovely round fake look which I love they come with the most risk then we parts which are half under the muscle at the top and come over at the bottom they come with come with a little less risk then with unders they are fully incased in the muscle they sit high up but look smaller when than wot they are and come with less risk
