Hey girls, do any of you know how far in advance you can book your surgery?
I cant have mine done till around Sept/Oct time due to starting a new job and I need to take two weeks off. Can I book now or wait till closer to the date? xx
I’m the same as you can’t book till like beginning of October, when I went for my consultation the other week I asked her and she said you can book whenever you like :), she said allot of people come in with a specific date in mind and want to book as soon as but she said yep book whenever you feel ready :), going to meet with my surgeon next week so hope to book October :), x
@tiffanylo912 Ah thanks chick that’s good to know. Someone did tell me on here that when you book that far in advance you can’t see your surgeon for quite a while? Xx
Yeh when I went to see my pc she said the only thing is that if I book my surgery that far in advance I could meet with the surgeon like now but would have to see him again like a month and a bit before the procedure incase they have changed in any way, which I doubt my boobs would change in like 5months haha, but I’m meeting with the surgeon on Wednesday I’ll let you know :), xx
You can book up to 6 months after seeing your surgeon, after 6 months has passed you will need another consultation as a lot can change with your body xx
I had my first appointment with my surgeon in march and still havent booked. I want mine July but juggling work and things at home I cant put a final date down yet. Hoping my dates will be free but it is making me worry xx
