    Hi girls just wondering about sleeping upright? Do I need to carry on or is 2 weeks enough I forgot to ask my nurse.. also attached a pic loving then x

    My nurse told me I could lie flatter after 7 days, but still slightly elevated, like with maybe 2 pillows.

    @ruby-s Congrats … they look awesome. I asked my nurse at my 1 week appt when I could stop sleeping upright and she said the next week when I was 2 week post op. Last night was my first night lying flat and despite waking each time my body tried to turn on my side…the sleep was bliss and I had no morning boob. I was a bit worried my new boobs would drift under my arms but they stayed put. Hope that helps x
