    anyone further on than the 6 week mark got any tips of which exercises are best to start off with when getting back into the gym? i can’t run properly yet on the treadmill as it hurts and when i try to do press up/ sit ups it hurts too and as if they are moving about, I’m 8 weeks at the moment and wondering if it gets easier as time goes on?! x

    I’ve been the same, I love running but can’t yet! So I’ve been spinning and I find that’s fine on my boobs! X
