Make up on day of surgery? Started by: Tracy

    I was just wondering if you can wear make up on the day of surgery? I have to get the train to preston hospital so don’t fancy going there with no make-up on, as well as not being on the sun bed and no fake tan. I would at least want a little on then wash it off when i get there. Has anyone else done this or is it a strict NO?

    I don’t see why you couldn’t wash it off at the Hospital on arrival. Thats what I am planning on doing as I have a fairly long journey myself. As long as you don’t put on any nail varnishes on either toes or hands as I always that being a definite no no! x

    I spoke to my pc today she said it’s fine just wash it off when you arrive. Thank god for that I can’t be walking around pale AND with no make up on haha @anita x
